What is your return policy?

We believe that trust is the cornerstone of business.  A fair and honest return policy ensures that customers feel comfortable with their purchases and with us.  Therefore, we will make every effort to ensure that all products that can be returned will be accepted.

Please contact Colonel Conk Products before returning any products. Our Customer Service Representative will help you in making the determination of whether this is covered by warranty.  If you return an item without first contacting Colonel Conk Products there will not be any refund. Colonel Conk Products reserves the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original packing slip. You may want to make a copy of it for your records. You may also want to insure your return, as we cannot accept or be responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected parcels. Safe, timely arrival of your returned merchandise at our place of business is your responsibility. If we have agreed to refund shipping, for a defective or mistaken item, DO NOT SHIP EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT, we will only credit a reasonable amount of return ship cost.

Return of new/unused products:

  • You will have 30 days to return any items (see exceptions below) in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. Please enclose any pertinent documentation. All merchandise returns must be in as-received, unused condition, in the original package and any existing factory seals must be intact. Returned merchandise must be received no later than 30 days from date of purchase.
  • We make every effort to pack and ship our products carefully and we expect the same consideration. All items that are returned need to be packaged in a similar fashion as when received to ensure damage does not occur en route. No credit will be issued unless items are received in good re-sellable condition.


Defective returns:


  • Dovo/Merkur has a two year warranty that covers material and production defects. Any abuse of the item will void this warranty.
  • All Colonel Conk Products items will be covered under a one year warranty against material and production defects.
  • The defective issue for each item must be put into writing for Colonel Conk Products to consider refunds.

Items that cannot be returned:

Due to the unique nature of this business and the related matters of hygiene and public safety, we cannot allow certain items to be returned unless they are defective.

  • Shaving soap, aftershave, or skin lotions – Non returnable. For your safety, we maintain strict security over our inventory of skin care products to avoid contamination or product tampering. To maintain this security no soap, aftershave, or lotions may be returned or exchanged once delivered. Be assured you will never receive a product that has been handled by anyone other than the manufacturer and Colonel Conk Products’ staff.
  • We will not accept the return of items purchased and returned because the scent is not the scent preferred.
  • Shaving equipment (double edged safety razors, straight razors, razor blades, brushes) that has been used and is not defective due to material or production defects.
  • All personal grooming kits unless defective.
  • Grooming accessories unless defective
  • Flasks unless defective.
  • Any special/custom order may not be returned unless delivered as a defective product.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be limited to the purchase price of the item (this will not include shipping) and will be made in-kind and within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to the same account and will appear on your billing statement. If you paid by money order or check, our company check will be issued only after your check has cleared our account and will be mailed to the same address as the original shipment.
